BITING THAI-GER 150ml
I created this sauce as I love a Thai chicken wing with loads of flavour.
So this sauce has plenty of garlic including black garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, balsamic vinegar, habanero chillies and carolina reapers.
Definitely has a bite to this Thai sauce but you notice it after you taste the fantastic flavours.
Toss some chicken wings in the sauce, cook them in the oven for 15 minutes each side.
Put them in a wok, add some more sauce, a little granulated sugar and fry them until they become all sticky.
Fantastic on noodles, stir fry and rice
